Participant is a Q+44.; APO* cip . • uasi -m i • • mutual <br /> ditch or private] entity that supplies water for ,g [municipal, industrial, <br /> agricultural; irrigation, etc.] purposes, and desires to participate in <br /> implementation and development of the Enlargements in order to obtain storage <br /> space for its nonproject water. <br /> D. Implementation, development, operation and use of the Enlargements shall <br /> comply with applicable provisions of interstate compacts and other state and <br /> federal laws. <br /> E. Implementation and development of the Enlargements will require compliance <br /> with the National Environmental Policy Act ("NEPA") and related statutes. The <br /> Enterprise and Participant anticipate that the Bureau of Reclamation, U.S. <br /> Department of the Interior, will serve as the lead agency for environmental <br /> compliance. <br /> F. In order to implement and develop the Enlargements, the Enterprise is negotiating <br /> and intends to enter into a memorandum of understanding ( "MOU") with the <br /> -5- <br />
