ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> PUEBLO WEST <br /> 5. The Enterprise shall be responsible for facilitating the definition, <br /> implementation, and administration of the flow management program as <br /> outlined in the Implementation Committee Report, with the advice of the <br /> Storage Implementation Committee. Similarly, the Enterprise in <br /> cooperation with the USGS shall be responsible for facilitating the <br /> definition, implementation and administration of the long -term water <br /> quality monitoring program as outlined in the Implementation Committee <br /> Report, with the advice of the Storage Implementation Committee. <br /> 6. The Enterprise agrees it will refrain from exercising its water storage " <br /> rights for the Enlargements, as currently pending in Case Nos. 00CW 13 8 <br /> (Pueblo Reservoir Enlargement) and 00CW139 (Turquoise Reservoir <br /> Enlargement), Water Court, Water Division No. 2 ( "Enterprise <br /> Enlargement Water Rights "), at such times and to the extent that such non- <br /> exercise may be necessary to allow Participant to fill Participant's space <br /> (up to 5,500 acre -feet) for use within Participant's service area under an <br /> Enlargement Allotment Contract pursuant to Participant's decreed rights <br /> of exchange or any decreed change of water right, whether such exchange <br /> -19- <br />
