• <br /> ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> CS -U <br /> Turquoise Reservoir Enlargement. As the PSOP Report states, the amount of <br /> storage provided in the enlarged reservoirs will be dependent on the additional <br /> storage requirement as determined by those participating entities needing storage <br /> capacity beyond that provided by existing capacity, including Reoperations. <br /> C. Following completion of the PSOP Report, representatives of the Enterprise, the <br /> Participant and others participated in a Storage Implementation Committee, which <br /> developed a report dated April 19, 2001 (the "Implementation Committee <br /> Report"). <br /> III. Enlargements Plan and Process. <br /> A. The goal of Enlargements is to construct up to 94,000 A.F. of new reservoir <br /> storage capacity for the Enlargement Participants and the Enterprise, by some <br /> combination of a Pueblo Reservoir Enlargement and a Turquoise Reservoir <br /> Enlargement. Other eligible entities may elect to participate in Enlargements by <br /> executing an MOA with the Enterprise on terms substantially similar to this <br /> -3- <br />
