ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> GENERAL <br /> 9. Water stored byParticipant in the enlarged capacity of Pueblo Reservoir <br /> must be legally and physically available under decrees held by Participant <br /> for storage in Pueblo Reservoir or its enlarged capacity. Water stored by <br /> Participant in the enlarged capacity of Turquoise Reservoir must be legally <br /> and physically available under decrees held by Participant for storage in <br /> Turquoise Reservoir or its enlarged capacity. Storage in the Fniargements <br /> shall be subject to any limitations established by the Enlargements <br /> Authorizing Legislation and the Enterprise's master storage contract with <br /> Reclamation, such contract to be subject to consultation with Participants. <br /> Participant shall be solely responsible for any change of water rights <br /> proceeding or other adjudication that may be necessary in order to store its <br /> own non - Project water in one or more of the enlarged Fry-Ark Reservoirs. <br /> B. Enterprise responsibilities: <br /> 1. The Enterprise shall undertake efforts, in cooperation with the <br /> Enlargements Participants, to enact appropriate legislation to provide the <br /> -17- <br />
