ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> GENERAL <br /> storage contract held by Board of Water Works of Pueblo meets <br /> this obligation. <br /> c. Participant shall cooperate in. a flow management program <br /> designed to bypass sufficient inflows when necessary to achieve <br /> target minimum flows of 100 c.f.s. (including Fish Hatchery retum • flows) on the Arkansas River just below Pueblo Dam, as provided <br /> in the Implementation Committee Report. Additional terms and <br /> .limitations may be included in Participant's Enlargement <br /> Allotment Contract in order to implement other storage, exchange <br /> or flow limitations that may be agreed upon between the Enterprise <br /> and other parties. <br /> d. Participant shall participate in a long -term water qusl;ty monitoring <br /> program as outlined in the Implementation Committee Report. <br /> The financial obligations for such participation are expected to <br /> begin in January 2002 (prior to execution of a Enlargement <br /> Allotment Contract), pursuant to a joint funding agreement <br /> -14- <br />
