ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> GENERAL <br /> executing such a MOA after November 1, 2001, will be required to <br /> reimburse appropriate costs, including, but not limited to a proportionate <br /> share of implementation costs, together with interest. Any unused space in Enlargements may be used exclusively by the <br /> Enterprise, on an if -and -when available basis, i.e., when any of the <br /> Enlargement Participants is not using its storage space in <br /> Enlargements, except as provided below.
