ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> GENERAL <br /> or change of water right is currently decreed or is hereafter decreed to <br /> allow Participant to store water in Pueblo Reservoir Enlargement or <br /> Turquoise Reservoir Enlargement by change of water rights or by <br /> exchange. However, the Enterprise does not agree to forego exercising the <br /> Enterprise Enlargement Water Rights to allow Participant or others to <br /> exercise a storage or direct -flow water right junior to the priority of the <br /> Enterprise Enlargement Water Rights or to allow Participant to store water <br /> for use outside Participant's service area. This provision will be <br /> implemented through terms in Participant's Enlargement Allotment <br /> Contract following negotiation and execution thereof. <br /> 7. The Enterprise's undertaking and fulfillment of its responsibilities <br /> described above is dependent upon its receipt of the financial contributions <br /> of the Participant and other Enlargements Participants as set forth in this <br /> MOA. <br /> C.
