During the Chatfield Reservoir Reallocation
Study's _ Water Rights Investigation Study, Denver Water's Marc Waage has been asking
about the "drought years" and is interested in the low end of the pool near the conservation
pool that they have never been able to touch. DW has stated that they are less interested in the
high end of the pool that all the water users in the study are vying for. I have attached the
agreement that I got from Randy a few months ago and highlighted the section he is referring
to. Please review the whole agreement and let's discuss on Tuesday May 14th from 1:30 - 2:30
in Rod's Office, unless you have a conflict then let's pick a new time.

Larry took a copy of the agreement to Omaha with him on May 9th and will get the Corps
reaction to the agreement and hopefully some type of letter or stance out of the Corps.

Flood Protection.
