- 3-

. Possibly this contract between the CWCB and a water users would have an "Exhibit B" that
demonstrates this financial ability.
. Water Users agreed that the Study Planning Costs are dynamic and are flexible. Most agreed that
if language like "water users will cost share for $25-$40/Acre-Foot for their requested portion of
storage space" was put in the agreement it would give the CWCB and the Corps some wiggle
room but cap their portion of the shared costs. (Water User contributions based on this figure will
be at a minimum $515,000 and at a maximum of $824,000 to assist with non-federal partner cost
share to finish the study).
. Jeff Garami of the Town of Castle Rock requested a project balance sheet to give to his boards and
commissions to make approval easier. Larry Lang agreed that the CWCB and the Corps need to
produce a document that shows what the state and federal governments have spent, their best
estimate and total project costs, and the % complete of the total remaining tasks and a revised
timeline.
. Water Users discussed the idea of sub leasing agreements needing to go through CWCB Board
Member approval.

..8.L~:JLi:~~~~~1~~,;!Li~t~~lLL,;{1~~li~L!E:~~utli~IL~:L~LLlLQJ1~li~~:~~U~Li:ti~LL~2Jl~:~Ul~:~~:i~11r2..LLtli~Llii~lLL~2L~i~~2Inllli~I1It
iL&bLLtyL~~~;tlLI~~jJ};.LI~..tLLi:~L~;tLS~~~;tEEniL!rLtllLL~KU:~:EE:XLLitL{L~h:iL1~:.~.L~.1E:,,~Y~lll&LILg:L~~

2l112..~:i~llHnitL~:l:..i~IEliL,-J~ii2~~uh:ti~L..i2lEL;'..u,:~11l.JLi211i:jILLtL~:lk:iLilL..d12..llgi:~Jll:i:iL'?J~il..l:!nLtiLh.ilnu~Lt

steve. caa n @ sta t eoco. 13 S 1~~L..i~LiL~i:....i2.L..t?i1~illt~;.~~t~...s2XLI?..i:~~i:.Illt~.:a~....L:L..Z~~tL~:L..~~:H.1L..11u:tL..S.~tl~UU~~~:~....i?.L

.i:i~llHILQlllLt .

.
