Pursuant to Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure 121, Counsel for the United States has <br />conferred with opposing counsel regarding this motion. The following organizations do not oppose the <br />United.States' motion: State of Colorado; City of Gunnison; Colorado River Energy Distributors <br />Association; Tri- County Water Conservancy District; Uncompahgre Valley Water Users Association; <br />Redlands Water and Power Company; City of Fruita; Shea Development; County of Delta; Montrose <br />County; Spann Ranches; Colorado Stockgrowers Association; North Fork Water Conservancy District; <br />Bostwick Park Water Conservancy District; Cimarron Canal and Reservoir Company; and Northern <br />Colorado Water Conservancy District.. . <br />The following organizations take no position on the United States' motion: <br />The Wilderness Society; Western Colorado Congress; Western Slope Environmental Resource Council; <br />Colorado Farm Bureau; Southeastern Water Conservancy District; Upper Gunnison Water Conservancy <br />District; and Crystal Creek Homeowners Association. <br />The following organization is opposed to the United States' motion to amend: Trout <br />TJnlimited. Trout TJnFzn. ed takes no position on the stay component of the motion. <br />The Colorado River Water Conservancy has not yet taken a position on the United States' <br />motion. <br />Parker Water and Sanitation District does not oppose the United States amending its claim <br />and takes no position on the United States' motion for a stay. <br />Counsel for the United States has been unable to reach counsel for the following <br />organizations: Colorado Springs Utilities; Castle Mountain Irrigation Road and Recreation Association, <br />Inc.; Board of County Commissioners of the County of Gunnison; Wapiti Canyon Ranch; Board of <br />County Commissioners of County of Arapahoe; City of Delta; Lake City; Horizon Ranch; City of Grand <br />Junction; Adams - Wilson Ranch; and Mount Emmons Mining Company. <br />Dated this 2nd day of April, 2003. <br />THOMAS L.
