The agreement, attached hereto, is intended to provide <br />sufficient water to protect Park resources while also accommodating the needs of the water user- <br />community.. . <br />In light of the attached agreement with the DNR, the United States is filing a motion <br />to amend its application before this court to claim 300 cfs ofwater, or natural'flow, whichever is less. <br />In addition, the United States will seek a continuation of the current stay of this litigation for an <br />additional six months to allow the process for obtaining a water right under Colorado law to proceed. <br />The stay will also allow the court to decide the motion to amend and, assuming the amendment is <br />granted, to allow the United States to distribute to the objectors a proposed stipulated decree <br />
