The treasurer shall have char <br />custody of and be responsible for all funds and sec u ities <br />of the corporation and shall deposit all such funds in the <br />name of the corporation in such banks or other depositories <br />as shall be selected by the Board of Directors. The <br />treasurer sha�l collect and receive and give receipts for <br />all monies or securities belonging to the corporation. Such indemnification shall not be <br />deemed exclusive of any other rights to which those <br />indemnified may be entitled under any agreement, vote of <br />r.embers or otherwise. <br />ARTICLE YIII <br />Corporate Seal <br />The corporate seal shall cor.sist of two (2) concentric <br />circles be �ween which shall be the r.ame o� the corporation <br />and the word "Colorado," and in the center shall be the word <br />"Seal". Said seal may be used by causing it or a facsimile <br />thereof to be impressed or affixed or reproduced or <br />otherwise. <br />ARTICLE �IV <br />Amendments <br />. This corporation reserves the right to amend, alter, <br />change or repeal any provisions contained in, or to add any <br />provisions to its Articles of Incorporation or its By-laws, <br />from time to time, b� a resolution adopted at any regular or <br />special meeting by sixty-seven percent {67g� of the total <br />Lazy O Art.
