Rothe. The following documents are also included: <br />1. The original recorded and released Deed of Trust, dated September 1, 2003, included as <br />Appendix 3 to Loan Contract C 150146, as amended. <br />2. 'The original recorded and released Deed of Trust, dated April 1, 2004, included as Appendix B to <br />Loan Contract C 150146, as amended. <br />3. The original Promissory Note, dated April 1, 2004, included as Appendix A to Loan Contract <br />C 150146, as amended, stamped "PAID IN FULL". <br />4. Copy of the Request for Full Release of Deed of Trust and Release, dated October 15, 2008. <br />5. Colorado UCC Financing Statement (UCC-1) filed June 11, 2007 per Loan Contract C150146. <br />6.
