irrigated farm land that will be dried up and will not be irrigated with the subject shares after 2010. <br />LLRC has agreed to allow the subject shares to be utilized to establish native grasses during the 2010 <br />irrigation season, which will minimize adverse physical impacts. <br />16.0 CONCLUSION <br />The LLRC is an incorporated entity in the State of Colorado with the ability to enter into <br />a contract with the CWCB for the purpose of obtaining a Construction Fund loan. <br />2. The project will provide augmentation water supply necessary to obtain and operate a <br />permanent plan for augmentation needed to allow uncurtailed pumping of irrigation wells <br />within the Lower Latham irrigation system. <br />The total estimated cost of the project is $4,193,750 and this will be financed, in part, by <br />funds currently available to LLRC, standard commercial bank loan and by the CWCB <br />Construction Fund. <br />4. The project is technically and financially feasible. <br />-21- <br />
