'This letter is to advise you that the work described in the above referenced Contxact was substanrially completed as of
June 1, 2009.
Your first loan payment in the amount of $607,015.89 is due on June 1, 2010. The $607,015.89 annual loan payment
was calculated based on a$9,595,000.00 final loan balance at 2.25% for 20-years, which includes a 1% loan service fee of
$95,000.00. The 1% loan service fee was calculated from your final cumulative loan balance of $9,500,000.00. Please see the
attached Loan Repayment Schedule and a copy of the Promissory Note.
In accordance with the Borrower's Liability Insurance Provision of the Contract, Paragraph A.6, please note that the
renewed insurance certificates need to be provided to the Colorado Water Conservation Board annually.
