The motion was approved unanimously (10 -0). <br />d. Town of Ridgeway — Ridgeway Ditch and Lake Otonawanda Improvement Project <br />Tape 1, Track 1 00:47:17 — 00:53:45 <br />Action: A motion was made by Keith Catlin and seconded by Reed Dils to approve staff <br />recommendation that the Board fund up to $109,000 from the Gunnison Basin Account <br />for technical assistance regarding design, cost estimates, and permitting associated with <br />enlargement of its municipal reservoir and rehabilitation of the associated diversion <br />structure, contingent on resolution of the items in the issues /additional needs section of <br />the Board memo. The Board further requests that the applicant include some of the ditch <br />rehabilitation cost in their own budget. The motion was approved unanimously (10 -0). <br />e. City of Grand Junction Water Enterprise Fund — Juniata Reservoir Enlargement <br />Project <br />Tape 1, Track 1 00:56:06 — 01:02:10 <br />Action: A motion was made by Keith Catlin and seconded by John Redifer to approve staff <br />recommendation that the Board fund up to $97,000 from the Gunnison Basin Account to <br />help enlarge the Juniata Reservoir. The motion was approved unanimously (10 -0). <br />f. Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District — Agricultural Water Needs <br />Assessment and Water Supply Analysis <br />Tape 1, Track 1 00:53:46 — 00:56:06 <br />Action: A motion was made by Keith Catlin and seconded by John Redifer to approve staff <br />recommendation that the Board fund up to $120,560 from the Gunnison Basin Account to <br />help better understand the agricultural water needs of the basin. Northwest Colorado Council of Governments — Colorado Basin Nonconsumptive <br />Needs Quantification <br />Tape 1, Track 1 01:02:11 — 01:16:24 <br />Action: A motion was made by John Redifer and seconded by Harris Sherman to approve staff <br />recommendation that the Board fund up to $315,171 from the Colorado Basin Account to <br />help complete this project.
