Depending on <br />survey data, a small area of ground may need to be acquired. The adjoining landowner is willing to <br />convey land or grant additional easements if needed. We believe that Larimer County is the only <br />governtnental entity needed for permitting. <br />6.0 INSTITUTIONAL CONSIDERATIONS <br />Entities that are, or may be, involved in the design, construction and/or financing of the project <br />include: <br />WRCC, Inc. <br />John Andrew, Ph.D. P.E., Andek Consulting LLC <br />Colorado Water Conservancy Board <br />Farmers Bank of Ault <br />ARS, Inc. <br />WRCC, Inc. will be the lead for the financing, design and construction for the project and will be the <br />entity entering into contracts and agreements with the various entities for the services provided by <br />each. <br />7.0 FINANCIAL ANALYSIS <br />The entire project has an estimated cost of $1,450,000.
