The original agreement is stamped "PAID IN FULL" <br />denoting that the terms of this agreement have been satisfied in full by the City of <br />Grand Junction. As referenced in Paragraph A(14) of the Loan Contract (page 4), the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board does not have any record of a warranty deed being recorded by the <br />City of Grand Junction; therefore, a warranty deed is not enclosed with these documents. <br />Should you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866-3441, ext. 3205.
