Gypsum Loan Feasibility Outline <br />CWCB Water Project Loan Program <br />Page 30 of 33 <br />b. Forest Service PermittinQ. The Town has a Special Use Permit, attached as <br />Appendix 1. Gypsum anticipates that the project work will fall within the permit <br />parameters, but does anticipate funding will be necessary to ensure permit <br />compliance. Please see earlier discussion of permit status. <br />c. State Division of Water Resources. Gypsum's water engineer, Zancanella and <br />Associates will coardinate all dam safety regulation compliance. Please see earlier <br />discussion of permit status. <br />d. County Commissioner a~proval. Gypsum currently works closely with Eagle <br />County on a variety of projects.
