1 3 RNOW ALL MEN BY TBESE PRESENTS, That the CITY OF CANON CITY,
~\ 4 a Colorado municipal corporation, of 612 Royal Gorge Boulevard, Canon

5 City, Fremont County, Colorado, 81212, of the first part, for and
6 in consideration of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($231,000)
~ to the City of Canon City in hand paid, at or before the ensealing
8 or delivery of these presents, by THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION
9 BOARD, Department of Natural Resources, State of Colorado, of the
10 second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has bargained
11 and sold, and by these presents does grant and convey unto the said
12 party of the second part, in accordance with Paragraph B-5 of the
13 agreement of the parties entered into April 1, 1982, the following
14~~ described property:
15 A. A 36 inch ductile iron pipe of approximately 60 linear
feet, with all appurtenances theretoj

B. A 6 inch ductile iron pipe of approximately 55 linear
17 feet, with all appurtenances the=eto;
18 C. A 6 inch steel air pipe of approximately 542 linear
feet, with all appurtenances thereto;

D. Air c7iffusion equipment;

E. Two air compressors having 560 cubic feet per minute
zl capacity each;
22 F. Two effluent headers, carbon and polymer equipment, a
water pump pressure tank and hand rails.

Items A through F are patt of a 22 million gallon per day treat-
24 ment plant located in the City of Canon City, belonging to the party
of the first part and now in its possession at its water treatment
25 facility,
Zg To have and to hold the same unto the said party of the second part,
27 subject only to the provisions of the agreement of the parties of
Zg April 1, 1982 which, by this reference, is incorporated herein as
29 though fully set forth. Further, the said party of the first part
30 does hereby covenant and agree with said party of the second part
31 to warrant and defend title to and sale of the above described
32 property, goods and chattels hereby conveyed unto the said party
33 of the second part, against all and every person or persons
34 whomsoever.
