The inoperable 4" outlet associated with the NJ south dam was not inspected. This condition has worsened since last ear with the heavier than normal inflows from the d~tch from Salt Lick Creek Durin the ins ection there was 6 cfs runnin throu fi the i e which could accelerate the deterioration.
