This is in compliance with <br />CWCB Financial Policy #5 (Collateral). <br />Staff Recommendation (Board Approved with the added contract condition on May 19, 2009) <br />Staff recommends the Board approve a loan not to exceed $1,515,000 ($1,500,000 for project costs <br />and $15,000 for the 1% Loan Service Fee) to the Town of Dillon, acting by and through its water <br />activity enterprise, for the Old Dillon Reservoir Enlargement Project from the Construction Fund. <br />The loan terms shall be an interest rate of 4.0% per annum far 30 years.
