S <br />The project will have only minor physical impacts as the new pump station will be <br />constructed into a hillside with the roof covered with soil, after the installation of the <br />water line the easement will be reseeded and restored and the Divide Flow Control <br />Building will be constructed below grade. <br />Impfementation Program <br />McLaughlin Engineering is expected to complete final design by April 1 with construction <br />to begin June 2009 and construction to be completed by November 2009. Asbuilt <br />drawings will be completed in November. <br />8 <br />
