The City of Steamboat Springs ("City") has not requested a public hearing <br />in connection with its Recreational In-Channel Diversion ("RICD") <br />application. <br />2. Morrison Creek hereby requests that the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board hold a public hearing regarding the City's RICD. <br />Page -1-
