He may also offer observations he has made wich respect to tlie <br />enjoyment of other kayalcers, at varying abilities and agcs, through clie Siructures. <br />Mr. Spears inay also testify to his observations regarding tlze impact of tlle <br />Struetures on thz erosion of the rivc;r embankment and detrimental impacc to the <br />surrotmding !'ish habitat. <br />2. Jason Yanowitz, an associate with Weiss and Van.
