The
results will be reviewed by the Genetics Panel for a recommendation for the
Biology Committee members to consider in making a management decision.

'J./ Between 154 and 196 fish from four family lots of the 1993 year class were
stocked into the Middle Green River in October, 1995. The fish stocked in
1996 would increase the number stocked from each family lot to approximately
200 fish to equalize the number stocked per family lot.

!/ Reduc i ng the number of fish in one famil y lot of razorback sucker for
brood stock development will provide approximately 300 fish for augmentation
stocking in the Middle Green River.

~/ Progeny from one pedigreed family lot of razorback suckers produced in 1996
will be stocked into the Middle Green River in October of 1996. Progeny
from the potential of 5 additional family lots produced in 1996 will be
reared for two years and stocked in October, 1997 (see Table 3).

Q/ Razorback suckers generally mature when they are about 425 mm or 17 inches
in total length when they would be considered to be adults.

11
