Make newsworthy activities available to <br />media outlets, particularly when these activities mark the <br />completion of objectives of the Recovery Plan. These activities <br />include the opening of lakes and streams to sport fishing, local <br />hatchery greenback activities, and watchable fish programs. Public <br />understanding and support of propagation, reintroduction, and <br />angling management needs, as discussed in Tasks 2, 3 and 4 of this <br />Plan, will promote efforts to recover the greenback cutthroat trout. <br />5.2 Promote interaaencv cooperation and understanding of recover <br />activities. Whenever possible, efforts should be made to promote <br />interagency cooperation and understanding of activities needed for <br />recovery of the greenback cutthroat trout. This should include <br />sponsoring interagency coordination meetings, preparing agency <br />reports and publications, and providing cooperative funding of <br />recovery efforts. <br />30 <br /> <br />
