3.3.3 Scenario No. 3
Scenario No. 3 is the same as Scenario No. 2 with the addition of Powder Wash
Project. The Powder Wash Project water rights are junior to the subject rights included
in Scenario No. 2. Scenario No. 3 output was compared with Scenario No. 2 output to
determine the incremental impacts of Little Snake Reservoir and Powder Wash Power
Plant. Results are presented in Section 4.0.
3.3.4 Scenario No. 4
Under Scenario No. 4, the Little Snake River Basin was modeled with the addition
of only the Three Forks Project to the Water Development Baseline. Impacts due to
Three Forks Reservoir alone were determined by comparing Scenario No. 4 output to the
Water Development Baseline output.
3.3.5 Scenario No. 5
This scenario included the addition of the Powder Wash Project only to the Water
Development Baseline. Impacts due to the Powder Wash Project alone were determined
by comparing Scenario No. 5 output to the Water Development Baseline output.
