SUBJECT: Final Report on Little Snake River Depletions
Enclosed are copies of the Final Report on Little Snake River Depletions by Pot
Hook, Three Forks and Powder Wash Rights. The report was reviewed at our Panel
meeting in Denver June 28, 1990. Suggested modifications have been incorporated in the
Final Report. The major addition is a set of hydrographs for each Scenario which are
added to Appendix D in the back of the report. I believe the hydrographs present a
much better picture of the effects operation of the reservoirs would have on the flow at
Lily. Please note that the computer varied the scale to fit the size of sheet.
At the Panel meeting and subsequently by formal letter, the Fish and Wildlife
Service has authorized us to proceed on the valuation of Three Forks. This work is
underway.
