Measures proposed: Protection of natural stream channels and bank cover; (Montana) , <br />reduction in erosion from surface mining, grazing lands and roads; control of beaver <br />and removal of dams on spawning streams; control of water use for irrigation and <br />screening of irrigation diversion ditches; and experimental stocking in barren mountain <br />lakes .
