The Sacramento <br />Sl}llawfish is found in the Sacramento-San Joaquin drainage basin, the <br />Hussian River, and the Pajaro River system. It is also known by seYeral <br />unofficial common names: Sacramento pike, chappaul, hardhead, and <br />whit dish. <br /> <br />GENERAL ECOLOGY <br /> <br />The squarish is found in lowland and middle elevation streams, the <br />ltrf'a corresponding roughly with the Upper Sonoran and Transition life <br />1.CllJes.
