0 <br />ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS <br />Funding for the project was provided by the Upper Yampa Water Conservancy <br />District. <br />We would like to thank the following individuals for their assistance <br />with this project. Dr. Harold Tyus of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's <br />Colorado River Fish Monitoring Project, Vernal, Utah was the technical advisor <br />for the study. Equipment was provided on temporary loan by Mr. Bob Williams U. <br />S. Bureau of Reclamation, Salt Lake City, Utah; Lynn Keading U.S Fish and <br />Wildlife Service, Grand Junction; Pat Martinez Colorado Division of Wildlife, <br />Grand Junction. Dan Beyers of CSU assisted in field collections. Lynn Bjork <br />(CSU) illustrated the habitat maps and ice diagrams. <br />Because several of our sampling sites were on private land we would like <br />to thank the local landowners at Lilly Park, Juniper Springs, and Maybell. <br />People who assisted us include: Catheryn Rinker and her son Sam Rinker, John <br />Raftopoulas, Dave Burkett, Don and Darryl Steele, and Vince Carnahan.
