1. Increase the catch rate of game fish to 0.5 fish per hour..
2. Provide an element of quality in the harvest, i.e., 10 percent of the
trout harvested will exceed 16 inches.
3. Achieve a return to the creel of at least 1 pound of fish for every
pound stocked.
These objectives were drafted in May 1980, to provide a means of assessing
the Flaming Gorge fishery and provide management direction.
