transmitter plus carcass thcught to be in nest on cliff; no
physical evidence obtained.

and apparently healthy; near bank In pool adjacent to main
channel; abundant cover provided by roots and overhanging
branches; substrate admixture of, sand and gravels; channel
w = 6 m, pool z = 0.4 m, pool v = 0.05 m/sec, substrate
sand gravel/organic debris.

Located 23.7 km below release site 02 June 1988; in eddy
adjacent to marginal bedrock outcrop, channel w = 12 m,
eddy z = 0.75 m, eddy v = 0 to 0.5 m/sec (swirling);
substrate variable, including gravel, boulder, and bedrock.
Transmitter only recovered same location 24 .June 1988; fate
of fish unknown.
