1.5 Data Preparation

Data files FLOS, TBLS, NETS, INPC and INPR must be prepared
manually, either by entering the data from scratch or by editing
an existing file.
The required file structures and record formats are detailed
in Appendix B.
For the NETS file in particular, you will need to understand
the topics covered in sections 3, 4 and 5. You will also find the
item-by-item explanations of the fields (Appendix 6.5) helpful.
