AUTHORIZED PARTICIPATING PROJECTS <br /> <br />Twenty-one participating projects have been authorized by Congress, <br />Eleven were authorized by the initial authorizing Act of Aprilll, 1956 <br />(70 Stat. 105); two were authorized by the Act ofJune 13, 1963 (76 Stat. <br />96); three were authorized by the Act of September 2, 1964 (78 Stat. <br />852); and five were authorized by the Act of September 30,1968 (82 <br />Stat. 886). Eleven are in Colorado, three in New Mexico, two in Utah, <br />three in Wyoming, one in both Colorado and Wyoming, and one in both <br />Colorado and New Mexico.
