Each enclosure <br />would contain 3 shutters, each approximately 32 ft. high. <br />The modification will be used to control withdrawal level. <br />A fourth shutter, 22 ft. high, located at the bottom of <br />the intake will be used in winter. <br />PROJECTED IMPACTS ON THE COLORADO RIVER SYSTEM <br />Modification will have no effect on release patterns. <br />REFERENCES <br />Water temperatures will be above 50 degrees F. from May <br />through October. Winter temperatures will be less than <br />50 degrees F, and will probably be approximately equi- <br />valent to present winter temperatures because releases <br />will be made at the same depth. <br />U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. 1977.
