Often-the reader will not <br />have to acquire the original article due to the extent of the data <br />presented in the abstract. Abstracts written by the original author <br />are entered "verbatim" and are so indicated (Abstr.) in the citation. <br />Citations taken directly from the bibliography by Richard S. Wydoski, <br />et al., "Annotated bibliography for aquatic resource management of the <br />Upper Colorado River Ecosystem," are so credited at the end of the <br />abstract (Wydoski). <br />While we believe this bibliography provides thorough coverage of <br />the literature regarding the threatened and endangered fishes of the <br />upper Colorado River system, we anticipate some errors or omissions, <br />and we would appreciate notification of these. <br />3 <br />
