I refer to FA/S$ Colorado River Fishes Reoovery Place, on Which you
requested cosmaenta.
The overall content, substance and direction of the Plan is very
good, It is apparent that considerable thought and effort Went
into thia~dratt, and the Team is to be congratulated for its
product.
The priorities seem logical in order, but I do believe Task 2a.,
`Enforce existing laxs`, should also be assigned a top~~ = y~,e
since thin is an ongoing activity eves before the sppr
Plan, a<t leant in Dtah.
Pith respect to the budget,.I believe pro~ectiona for Tasks 21. and
22. are quite low. A large portion of the Colorado River system is
in Dtab, and these soma Would do tittle to accomplish these tanks,
Trhea ull costa, including equipment acquisition are considered.
