Much of the <br />stream bottom is covered with submersed plants including both <br /> <br />macrophytes and attached algae. <br /> <br />B i 01 og i c a 1 <br /> <br />The two dominant fish species from the dam to Red Creek were <br /> <br />rainbow and cutthroat trout. Both species are stocked extensive- <br /> <br />ly by the UDWR. There was evidence of natural reproduction for <br /> <br />rainbow trout. <br /> <br />Brown trout (Salmo trutta) were found in low numbers above <br /> <br />Red Creek and became more common downstream in the Brown's Park <br /> <br />area.
