Reclamation (USBR) and were administered through the Utah Divi-
sion of Wildlife Resources (UDWR).

(USSR) were responsible for much of the original design of the
study and provided continued advice as the study progressed.
Robert Williams (USBR) guided the week-to-week supervision of the
