1. U.B. Depletions are depletions above Blue Mesa, and consist of
depletions under water rights senior to the Curecanti decrees and
under junior water rights which benefit from the subordination of the
Curecanti decrees.

2. Blue Mesa Target Releases only include releases to make storage
targets which do not serve some other purpose like minimum stream flow
maintenance or M&I supplies.

3. Blue Mesa releases for other purposes may include both releases to
make target and releases below target.

4. Blue Mesa MSF or T&B Releases orlly include releases to maintain
minimum stream flows in the 29-mile reach; releases to maintain
endangered fish flows at Westwater are separately reported.

5. Blue Mesa Power Outflows consist of all storage bypasses and releases
which fit through the Blue mesa power outlet. Blue Mesa Spills or
Other Outflows consist of any storage bypasses which do not fit
through the power outlet and must be passed through the Blue Mesa
river outlet or over the spillway.

6. Morrow Point Gains and Depletions refer to inflows and depletions
between Blue Mesa and Crystal. The depletions are assumed to occur
under water rights senior to Curecanti or which benefit from the
subordination of the Curecanti decrees.

7. Taylor Park Releases only include Taylor Park storage releases to meet
irrigation demands at the Gunnison Tunnel. Taylor Park exchange
releases are illustrated in Appendix D.

8. Total diversions at the Gunnison Tunnel are reported (Tunnel) and are
broken down into diversions under the senior irrigation water right
(Irrig.) and under the junior hydropower right (Power).

9. MSF Shortages are based on the DroDosed minimums shown on Table 1 for
the 29-mile reach; no shortages occur in meeting the criteria for
endangered fish flows at Westwater.
