The Applicant has agreed to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br />- A t times when the CWCB has placed a call for its instream flow water right on the Lake Fork of <br />the Gunnison River, decreed in Case No. 80CW97 (Div. 4), the Applicant shall make <br />augmentation releases from the most upstream reservoir, Williams Lake. <br />- Youth Camp Wells # 1 and #2, decreed, as alternate points of diversion.
