It sets an annua1 process by which Coiorado will re-evaluate and re-adjust a <br />presumptive depletion factar under the Use Rules. The new agreement also extends the <br />agreement not to terminate the Offset Account Resolution. The new agreement will replace <br />Appendix A.4 to the final decree in Kansas v. Colorado, and will allow the LT.S. Supreme Court <br />#o terminate the Iimited retained jurisdiction that Kansas invoked under the Decree. <br />2. Irri~atian Im~rovement Rule~ in Division 2 <br />
