Summarv
This is an application for ground water rights, and approval of a plan for augmentation in Susnmit
County near Breckenridge. The Applicant is requesting the following:
1. Ground water rights for one well with an appropriation date of May 1, 2008.
2. Plan for Augmentation:
a. Augmentation Source: historical consumptive use credits decreed to the Blue
Danube Ditch No. 2, quantified in W-3442;
b. Return flow for in-house use will be at Breckenridge Sanitation District facility
outflow; and,
c. The Applicant plans to replace out-of-priority depletions resulting froin well
depletions.
