Consent Agenda Itein l.b <br />Case No. 5-09CW018; Susnmit County Christian School <br />Summarv <br />This is an application for ground water rights, and approval of a plan for augmentation in Susnmit <br />County near Breckenridge. The Applicant is requesting the following: <br />1. Ground water rights for one well with an appropriation date of May 1, 2008. <br />2. Plan for Augmentation: <br />a. Augmentation Source: historical consumptive use credits decreed to the Blue <br />Danube Ditch No. 2, quantified in W-3442; <br />b. Return flow for in-house use will be at Breckenridge Sanitation District facility <br />outflow; and, <br />c. The Applicant plans to replace out-of-priority depletions resulting froin well <br />depletions. <br />CWCB Appropriations <br />The CWCB holds the following instream flow water right that could be injured by this application: <br />se Stream/Lake A' ~ <br />°.s nt Approp.
