The financial data indicates expenditures of $100,000, per the <br />agreement with the Governance Committee November 18, 1998. As requested by the Finance <br />Committee on February 12, 2004, additional detail has been provided regarding the Nebraska <br />District costs, including explanations of the equipment and training costs. <br />Based on the attached report, Reclamation requests approval of this partner expense as a <br />contribution in the amount of $100,000. These costs are to be shared as follows: <br />Interior 65.79% $65,790 <br />Colorado 15.79% $15,790 <br />Nebraska 10.53% $10,530 <br />Wyoming 7.89% $ 7.890 <br /> Total $100,000 <br />Nebraska Community Foundation will document this transaction as a contribution by <br />Reclamation and will detail the fair share distribution of costs as listed above. The record will list <br />the appropriate share for each signatory and the overage/shorta ach.
