<br />E. Greorv N. Peterson, President of the Board of Directors, Upper Gunnison <br />River Water Conservancy District, 53466 East Highwav 50, Gunnison, CO 81230. <br />Mr. Peterson is a long-time rancher in the Gunnison River basin, and is President <br />of the District's board. He is expected to testify regarding the Board's willingness to <br />provide water rights for the park, public meetings at which water rights for the whitewater <br />park were discussed, flow rates analyzed, and meetings at which decisions were finally <br />made about the flow rates that should be appropriated for the Gunnison Whitewater Park. <br />Mr. Peterson is also expected to regarding the anticipated benefits of the whitewater park <br />to the community, and how those have been balanced with the need for water for future <br />development of other sorts. <br />F. Dr. Mark Gibson, Professor, Western State College, 233 Wrihg t Gvm, <br />Gunnison, Colorado 81230. <br />Dr. Gibson is a member of the Recreation Department faculty at Western State <br />College. He teaches courses on outdoor leadership and skills, and is an avid boater <br />himself. He is expected to testify regarding the desirability of the whitewater park for the <br />Westem State College outdoor recreation programs, as well as the park's overall benefit <br />to the college community. <br />G. Other Witnesses. The District may call any witness identified, endorsed or <br />called by any other party, and any witness necessary for rebuttal or impeachment. <br />N.
