J <br />BEFORE THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />PREHEARING CONFERENCE ORDER <br />CONCERNING THE CWCB STAFF RECOMMENDATION FOR AN INSTREAM <br />FLOW APPROPRIATION ON THE GUNNISON RIVER, WATER DIVISION 4 <br />In accordance with Rule 5.53 of the Colorado Water Conservation Board's ISF <br />Rulesl, Hearing Officer Felicity Hannay held a prehearing conference in this matter <br />beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 29, 2003, at the offices of the Colorado <br />Division of Wildlife, 6060 Broadway, Denver, Colorado. The purpose of the prehearing <br />conference was to address and resolve procedural matters and to establish the <br />presentation times allotted to, and order of presentation by, the Parties and Contested <br />Hearing Participants at the hearing. <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board ("CWCB" or "Board") will hold a <br />hearing on this contested instream flow appropriation recommendation beginning at <br />10:00 a.m. on November 19, 2003, in the Aztec Room at the Radisson Hotel Denver <br />Stapleton Plaza, 3333 Quebec Street, Denver, Colorado 80207, phone 303-321-3500. <br />A. Hearing Participants <br />The following participants were represented at the prehearing conference: <br />Parties • <br />l. CWCB Staff, represented by Dan Merriman, Randy Seaholm, Mark <br />Uppendahl, and Greg Espegren, and Linda Bassi of the Attorney General's <br />Office. <br />2.
