of down at the bottom of the page.
A Yes, I see that question and that answer.
Q So you recall from refreshing your recollection that
you did testify that "I don't believe I have an expertise as
to what amount is reasonable for a recreation experience"?
A I would characterize it as that follows the previous
answer that I gave, which I said, "Ultimately, I think the
water court will determine reasonableness as it relates to
recreational in-channel diversions." I would characterize it
that way. It was in a context of a series of questions and
answers, but yes,
Q In that same deposition, do you recall testifying in
answer to a question, "Do you have any expertise to know
whether or not there's a correlation between course flows and
course usage?
I don't believe I have an expertise in that regard."
A I may have said that, yes.
