Gimbel <br />CWCB Director <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />CWCB Deputy Director <br />On March 31, 2009, the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) received a Water Conservation <br />Plan from the Town of Windsor for review and approval. The CWCB's Office of Water Conservation & <br />Drought Planning (OWCDP), has determined the Plan to be in accordance with §37-60-126 and the <br />CWCB's Guidelines for the Office to Review Water Conservation Plans Submitted by Covered Entities. <br />The Plan is hereby approved and the Town of Windsor may proceed with its implementation. <br />The Plan will be kept on file at the CWCB and shall be accessible to the public through our website and <br />the Water Resource Information Center. The Plan will also be made available to the Colorado Water <br />Resources & Power Development Authority and the Water Supply Planning & Finance section within the <br />CWCB should you apply for a loan from either agency. <br />Due to the legislative intent of the Water Conservation Act of 2004, the Office may contact you to discuss <br />how your conservation planning and implementation efforts aze progressing. As the Town of Windsor <br />begins implementing the conservation measures outlined in the Plan, please be aware that the CWCB staff <br />will be available to provide technical and financial assistance.
